Shipping & Tracking

We generally ship within 5 to 10 business days of billing/order. After we ship your box, it generally takes around: Japan, Hong Kong, China, and other near countries : *5~10 days. Thailand, Singapore, and other near countries : *6~10 days. Australia, New Zealand and other near countries : *7~12 days. North America : *5~14 days. Europe : *7~14 days. India and the Middle East : *9~15 days. Africa, Central, and South America : *10~20 days. *Depending on the customs clearance, it may take about two more days. (But some countries, it may take 6 weeks.). Please see **Note, We expain more detail for delay. **Note Due to post office situation and weather congestion, the initial schedule may be delayed. We can't manage this situation. However all employee of CRAZY COREA will do our best to meet expected arrival time. (Even considering all the circumstances, the box will arrive safely within 6 weeks.) Please understand this. However, depending on the final destination, international delivery may be difficult. Some of the above products may cancel due to manufacturer and supplier issues. *We use EST (Eastern Standard Time) for dates and times.

Once we send your box, we'll send you an email and you can check your order condition with a tracking number within 5 business days. ( The reason that It takes time is need time to send us the tracking numbers from Korea Post office) If you haven't received it in days, you need to check your spam/junk folder on email account.

Yes, of course. We can ship worldwide. However, shipping may not be possible in very few countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, unfortunately, we are unable to ship you a box.

Your box will always ship to the address that is marked as your "Shipping address" on your account dashboard under your Order number. Since we ship within 5 to 10 business days of billing, please ensure that your address is up to date before shipment. If you need help or you've crossed the deadline, please contact customer service team or send email to master@crazycorea.com first. I will find a way to help you in any way.

Don't worry. There's no direct flight, so the box will drop by some another country. Your box will arrive without problem.

Excluding extraordinary circumstances, our items are generally not taxed in the majority of countries. If you are to demand duties fees, it should be paid by you. So we understate the value of the boxes (and mark them as gifts) to minimize the chances of paying customs fees. Please contact your local post office or customs office for more detailed and precise information on taxes (or simply, Google).
★Customs clearance: Pick-up may be required due to customs clearance quarantine depending on the country and customs office.
★NOTE: Returns due to complaints about extra taxes during the clearance process will not be acceptable.

If your tracking information shows that your box was returned to us due to a delivery issue, please contact customer service team or send email to master@crazycorea.com as soon as possible. Please add your account and the order number. when you send email. If the address was incorrect or there were absent residents at the time of delivery, and your package is being returned to us. In this situation you have to pay for international return shipping cost and you have to order again. We willl cancel previous order.

Due to computer problems in each country, updates can be delayed. Don't worry. Our delivery system arrives 100%.

Order / Payment

We accept all major credit, debit cards, Paypal, ewallets, mobile and land-line payments, prepaid cards, payment kiosks, bank transfers. We never store or receive your card details. (They are securely stored on Paymentwall, Paypal - our payment processors).

Cancellation is possible until before we wil send the box. (Generally a box of order from on Monday to Sunday at 11:59(EST) will start to send next Wednesday.) Because of international shipping cancellation will be impossible after we wil send the box. In this case contact customer service team or send email to master@crazycorea.com

Exchange/Return

All CRAZY COREA's products are final sale and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of boxes, box items or any of our orders. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund. Because we have international shipping, shipping cost will be more expensive than product price for return/exchange.
